Nirav was born in Bhavnagar in a doctor’s family. He did his early studies at Fatima Convent School led by Spanish Missionaries in Bhavnagar. He stood fifth in Bhavnagar center in HSC and decided to join the medical cadre to ensure his passion further and explore more. His merit led him to join the prestigious medical school, B J Medical College in the year 2000. He completed his MBBS in 2006. After MBBS he prepared to compete nationally through the All India Medical Entrance Exam in the year 2007 to get good merit and join a good college to feed his passion for Surgery.

He passed the All India Medical Entrance Exam with flying colors and stood 300th rank nationally. He celebrated his merit by choosing Grant Medical College and Sir JJ Group of Hospitals to ensure his career in Masters of Surgery in Mumbai, in 2008. He passed MS in 2011 and did his government bond service for a year at Satara Civil Hospital independently holding a unit over there.

He prepared for the All India Medical Super specialty entrance exam and pursued Surgical Oncology at MNBCI Cancer Institute, Pune in 2014. He passed his Surgical Oncology Degree in 2016, and since then he is practicing in Cancer Surgery Care.
